Elevation Day

Elevation Day is the milestone event at the heart of the team's growth: each time the team reaches a membership milestone, a new Seniority Tier opens — and ETC rewards the whole team with an ETC Drop of escalating value. Growth is the only clock; no Elevation Day is ever calendar-scheduled.

Member #41 joins — Trailblazer Seniority begins Elevation Day #1 Reward $15,000+ 1987 Fleer Basketball ETC Drop — the team’s reward

Member #401 joins — Vanguard Seniority begins Elevation Day #2 Reward $20,000+ ETC Drop — the team’s reward

Member #4,001 joins — Investor Seniority begins Elevation Day #3 Reward $40,000+ ETC Drop — the team’s reward

After we reach 4,000 members, ETC will reward the team with a $10,000+ Drop, once a month, forever.

How it works

Every Elevation Day reward is an ETC Drop — funded entirely by ETC, drawing nothing from the Team Bank. The Elevation Day #1 reward is already secured: a sealed 1987 Fleer Basketball box, purchased and held in inventory, waiting for member #41. When the milestone hits, the Drop runs in the next clean slot — and once it runs, any active member can make an offer on what gets pulled.

Reward values are floors, not targets. Milestone Drops are announced on the Drop Schedule when their date locks.
